I had a great stay overall; the room and property were exceptionally clean, which made the experience all the more comfortable. Chelsea , the front desk manager, is great. Keep her and promo her. She answered ALL my questions within 3 minutes. She made me feel welcome, and not foreign/ new to town. The house keeper is helpful, also my room was very clean after her cleaning.

Clean, comfortable. Flooring in our room was a laminate rather than carpet - I love to see laminate in hotels rather than carpet, so I was quite happy with this update. While the front entrance is not accessible, the front desk clerk helped me down the few steps with my large bag - a small gesture was appreciated!

The location is superb being close to several restaurants, stores and the Avalon Mall. The hotel is easily accessible. Staff are cordial and helpful. There are vending and ice machines provided. There is ample parking space.

The hotel is quite old but appears to be well maintained. Close to the airport. The room was spacious and very clean. The night manager we spoke to was friendly and pleasant. He agreed to get us a cab at a good rate for very early the next morning. He gave us a room on the main floor so we wouldn't have to carry our luggage too far.

Comfortable; 15 minutes drive to airport; friendly and efficient staff; near shopping mall and several restaurants; easy access to Trans Canada Highway 1.

No breakfast…. Unfortunately the restaurant was undergoing renovations. I’m sure they will be lovely! Lots of good restaurants in the area. We went to Denny’s & Cora’s the next morning. Unfortunately Hockey tournament took over the hotel & our room & we had to move. Still another nice room though.
