I had a great stay overall; the room and property were exceptionally clean, which made the experience all the more comfortable. The amenities provided were thoughtful and well-maintained, adding extra convenience to my visit. Chelsea , the front desk manager, is great. Keep her and promo her. She answered ALL my questions within 3 minutes. She made me feel welcome, and not foreign/ new to town. The house keeper is helpful, also my room was very clean after her cleaning.

The location is superb being close to several restaurants, stores and the Avalon Mall. The hotel is easily accessible. Staff are cordial and helpful. There are vending and ice machines provided. There is ample parking space.

The hotel is quite old but appears to be well maintained. Close to the airport. The room was spacious and very clean. The night manager we spoke to was friendly and pleasant. He agreed to get us a cab at a good rate for very early the next morning. He gave us a room on the main floor so we wouldn't have to carry our luggage too far.

No breakfast…. Unfortunately the restaurant was undergoing renovations. I’m sure they will be lovely! Lots of good restaurants in the area. We went to Denny’s & Cora’s the next morning. Unfortunately Hockey tournament took over the hotel & our room & we had to move. Still another nice room though.

bed was SUPER comfortable, kitchen with all appliances, bathroom was SUPER clean. parking was super easy. they sell snacks and toiletries at the front if you forgot anything! staff was amazing

Nothing to criticize. The room was a very nice size. Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Shower was great. Bathroom was clean and stocked with Dove products. Coffee and tea available in the room. Had a small fridge and microwave, desk and table 2 chairs and tv. Staff was friendly and responsive. Hotel lobby was clean and area was quiet. Will for sure book again in the future.
